Paul started his career selling real estate, then moved into management, and ultimately became Broker-in-Charge of Prudential Locations’ largest real estate office. At that time, it was the largest real estate company in the state of Hawaii. After 11 years there, Paul was able to use his real estate experience to bridge the gap between Realtors and mortgage bankers by being recruited to help run Bank of Hawaii’s Retail Loan Origination group.
Paul then moved on to help run the Retail Loan Origination group at Central Pacific HomeLoans (CPHL) before being designated as Executive Vice President of CPHL’s Affiliated Businesses Division. While there, he was in charge of the affiliated business arrangements that CPHL had with local developers and real estate companies providing mortgage solutions for their clients. Upon departing CPHL, Paul was brought in to be the Executive Vice President of Honolulu HomeLoans – Affiliated Businesses Division. After 5 years of managing that division, he has expanded his role to its sister company, Xpedite LLC, a company that provided front and back office Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. Paul Andes held the position Director of Client Services for Xpedite LLC.
Paul has brought his 26 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry Harbor Financial Group in 2016 to assist his clients with their residential and commercial mortgage needs. Paul’s extensive sales and management background has been critical to the success of his client oriented mortgage experience.
Paul still holds an active Real Estate license, Mortgage Loan Originator license and is a graduate of University of Hawaii-Manoa with a degree in Business Insurance.
