Jeffrey graduated from San Francisco State University with Honors. He also has a Master of Science Degree and a California Community College Instructor Credential in Public Service and Administration.
He previously was the Regional Coordinator for Shearson/American Express Mortgage. He also was Vice President, Franchise Development, for Real Property Services, Inc., out of Van Nuys, California. Up until the present, he was the owner of Spectrum Mortgage, a residential, commercial and private money brokering company, that was incorporated in 1992.
Jeffrey has been a member of the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers, HAMB, since it was originally formed. He has served on the Board of Directors since 1999 and is currently serving as an officer, Treasurer, for HAMB. Jeffrey was voted Mortgage Broker of the Year in 2005. Jeffrey is married, has 2 children, and 1 grandchild.
